Island Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers is a locally-owned independent practice, and was founded in 2005 by Dr. Robin Wielins. Our team is comprised of Doctors of Audiology, Doctoral Externs, and our support staff who are committed to providing customized solutions in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
Your experience at Island Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers will be very different from what you find at a retail hearing aid dispenser or big-box store. Island Audiology & Hearing Aid Centers is the only Audigy-Certified practice in Hawaii, which gives you access to our team locally and to providers across the nation. All our patients are seen by a Doctor of Audiology, or a Doctoral Extern in the final year of clinical training. If there are devices or treatments that could help you hear better or help you cope with tinnitus, we'll work together to find the best solution for you!
We can serve you at any of our locations on Kauai, Oahu, Maui & the Big Island. We provide diagnostic hearing exams, fit and adjust hearing aids, tinnitus devices, hearing protection, and other assistive devices to suit all types of hearing levels and lifestyles. We service most major brands of hearing aids, such as AGX, Starkey, Oticon, Resound, Widex, Signia, Siemens, and Phonak. We serve keiki (age 5 years and older) to kupuna. We also offer Financing through Wells Fargo and HealthiPlan, allowing for monthly payments over time.
